I had a major problem with my A/C unit late at night. Blue Mountain sent someone out the next morning to evaluate the problem, quoted a price for a new unit, and answered all my questions which were many. Cesar was so very helpful and went over everything taking his time to double-check things and go over all my questions. That's why I would recommend Blue Mountain!

We returned from a trip and had one day at home to pack for another vacation. We walked in to find the AC was down. I called and was set up with a same-day service call. Needed plumbing services to replace a bathroom sink. They were able to accommodate a schedule change without muss or fuss and were able to "arrive early" as they were able to wrap up another project sooner than expected. The call center was always congenial and professional and able to coordinate.
